King Lodge Package

Welcome to The King Lodge Package, this package includes use of the magnificent three-story, 10,000-square-foot log home that offers the perfect blend of elegance and comfort for your special day. With stunning views and luxurious accommodations, our lodge is the ideal space for both the bridal and groom’s parties to prepare, relax, and enjoy the celebration. The bridal suite, located in our exquisite loft, offers a private and serene retreat, while the groom’s quarters, located on our grand lower level, provide ample space for the groom and his party. This exclusive package includes:

Event Day Access & Amenities

• Exclusive use of the property on your event day from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM, with the option to extend additional time if needed

• A dedicated daytime host available while you’re preparing in the bridal suite, assisting with logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly

• One fully serviced bar, fully staffed and prepared for your event

• Professional uniformed staff, management, and bartenders throughout the day and evening for seamless service

Ceremony & Reception

• A 1-hour rehearsal, scheduled before your wedding day

• Your choice of a beautiful ceremony location on the property

• Use of the newly built timber hammer bent pavilion for dinner services 

• Chairs and tables for your ceremony and reception

• Exclusive access to our 6,000-square-foot Grand Terrace for cocktail hour or your reception

• Use of the Fire Pad, complete with firewood for a cozy and inviting atmosphere

Preparation & Photography​

• Daytime use of the Bridal Suite from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with additional time available upon request

• Daytime use of the Groom’s Quarters from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with extra time available if needed

• Gourmet lunch with artisan sandwiches and fresh fruit

• A selection of soft drinks, bottled water, coffee, and tea, available from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the main lodge

• Full access to the property for photography to capture the beauty of your wedding day in every corner of the lodge

Additional Services

• Guest parking with a parking attendant on-site

• A staff member that will help facilitate while setting up and tearing down

Tranquility Acres Wedding Package

The Tranquility Acres Wedding Package is designed for couples who are looking for an elegant yet flexible venue to celebrate their special day with exclusive use of the outdoor facility. Perfect for intimate weddings, this package is available for celebrations on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Ideal for couples seeking a breathtaking outdoor ceremony, followed by a beautiful dinner service in the newly built pavilion, and a choice between the Grande Terrace or the pavilion for their reception, this package accommodates both formal and casual receptions. Whether you're planning a sophisticated sit-down dinner or a more relaxed cocktail-style gathering, this package ensures your event is unforgettable. It’s a great option for those who do not require bridal suites or groom’s quarters and prefer a simpler, more intimate setting. This package includes:

Event Day Access and Amenities 

• Exclusive Access to the Property – Enjoy access to the venue from 1 PM to 12 AM, giving you ample time for setup, ceremony, reception, and tear-down. Additional time is available.

• Event Coordinator Support your event detail leading up to the event, uniformed staff during your event

• A dedicated staff member will be available to assist with the setup and breakdown of the event, ensuring everything is in place and runs smoothly.

Outdoor Ceremony & Receptions 

• Ceremony Location Setup – The beautiful outdoor ceremony location will be adorned with an arbor, and we’ll provide seating with chairs arranged according to your specifications. Whether you choose a formal setup or a more relaxed feel, we’ll ensure your ceremony is breathtaking.

• Reception Area of Your Choice – Choose between the stunning Grande Terrace or the newly built pavilion for your reception. Both locations will be fully set up with tables and chairs to suit your vision. If you prefer a more informal setting, we offer the flexibility of a cocktail-style reception, allowing your guests to mingle and enjoy the celebration.

• Table seating chart that will be provided after our final meeting one month out from your event date.

Bar Service

• Fully Serviced Bar – We provide one fully serviced bar for your event, ensuring your guests are well-catered throughout the celebration.

• Professional Bar Staff – Uniformed staff will offer full bar service during your event, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. A minimum spend for the bar service is required.

Rehearsal & Event Support

• Rehearsal Coordination – A one-hour rehearsal will be scheduled the week before your event to ensure everyone is prepared and familiar with the flow of the ceremony.

• Guest Parking – On-site parking will be provided for your guests, with a dedicated parking attendant to guide them, ensuring convenience and accessibility throughout your event.

Cocktail Hour Celebration & Set up

• Fabulous Cocktail Bar: After the ceremony, celebrate with a stylish small bar setup, perfect for toasts and mingling. The bar will be tastefully decorated and attended by uniformed bar staff.

• Three Cocktail Tables with Linens: These tables, complete with linens, will offer an inviting space for guests to relax and enjoy drinks.

• Appetizer Table: If requested, we will provide a decorated appetizer table with delicious nibbles for your guests to enjoy during the cocktail hour

• Setup and Teardown: Our team will handle all the setup and teardown, so you can focus on enjoying your special day. There will be no need to worry about cleaning up afterward.

• Package includes use of the facility for up  6 hours period.
